Year 6 have looked at the poem 'The Convergence of Twain' by Thomas Hardy.
It was a poem that brought out emotion and evoked imagery through language around the subject of the sinking of the Titanic.
The children used this as a template to help them with the structure, and they then worked really hard on their own poems to portray imagery and bring out emotion. They are really proud of their poems and so they should be!
